Bu tutar, EURO 2020’de dağıtılan miktarla aynı olurken 2016’daki ödüle göre ise 30 milyon euro daha fazla olmuş oldu. Turnuvaya katılan her takıma 9.25 milyon euro katılım ödülü dağıtılırken galibiyet başına 1.5 milyon euro verilecek. Beraberlik içinse 750 bin euro ödeme yapılacak.
Gruptan çıkan takımlar 2 milyon euro, çeyrek finale kalan takımlar 3.25 milyon euro, yarı finale kalan takımları ise 5 milyon euro’luk ödülün sahibi olacak.
İkinci olan takım 7, şampiyon olan takım ise 10 milyon euro gelir elde edecek. Şampiyon olan takım, toplamda 30 milyon Euro’ya yakın bir ödülün de sahibi olacak.
İspanyol gazetesi El Mundo Deportivo’da yer alan habere göre; UEFA’nın Avrupa Futbol Şampiyonası için dağıttığı ödül miktarında son 10 yılda 135 milyon euro artış yapıldığı da aktarıldı.
