İstanbul’un ‘apartmankondu’su yıkılıyor
Olası büyük Marmara depremine karşı İstanbul’da kentsel dönüşüm çalışmaları büyük önem taşıyor. Bu kapsamda bugün Bağcılar’da iş makineleri faaliyete geçti. 4 ayrı noktada kontrollü yıkım gerçekleştirildi. Dönüşüme giren binalardan biri de tuhaf ancak bir o kadar da tedirgin eden bir görüntüye sahip 8 katlı bir binaydı. Sosyal medyada da sık sık paylaşılan, sanki 2 bina iç içe geçmiş gibi görülen apartman yıkıldı.
Kontrollü yıkım kararı çıkmasıyla birlikte ekipler sokağa geldi.
Daire sahiplerine 4 yıl boyunca kira yardımı yapılacağı belirtildi.
“Kentsel dönüşüm kapsamında Bağcılar’da yarın 4 noktada yıkım işlemi yapılacak. Yıkılacak yerlerin arasında görüntüsüyle sosyal medyada çok konuşulan bina da bulunuyor. Gerekli tedbirlerin alındığı binalar, Bağcılar Belediyesi tarafından kontrollü şekilde yıkılacak. Bina hakkında ‘riskli yapı’ raporu çıkmış olup bina şu anda ‘boş ve korunaklı’ durumda bulunuyor”
