Japon hükümeti, Fukuşima’da iki bölgenin tahliye emrini kaldıracak
Japonya, Mart 2011’deki deprem ve tsunami sonrası, santralde yaşanan nükleer sızıntı sonrası tahliye edilen çevre bölgelerde yaraları sarmayı planlıyor.
Buna göre Japon hükümeti, Fukuşima Dai-içi Nükleer Santrali yakınlarında iki “dönülmesi zor bölgeye” yönelik tahliye emirlerini gelecek hafta kaldıracak.
İlgili bakanlıklar, düzenlenen toplantıda, 31 Mart’ta Namie ve 1 Nisan’da Tomioka bölgelerinde, tahliye emirlerinin kaldırılması konusunda mutabakata vardı.
Karar doğrultusunda, afet sonrası tahliye edilen oturum sahibi kişiler, emrin kaldırılmasını takip eden 2 ay içinde, eski bölgelerde yeniden inşa edilen noktalara dönebilecek.
Kabine Baş Sekreteri Matsuno Hirokazu, mutabakat sonrası açıklamada, afetin etkilediği bölgelerin yeniden inşasına tüm çabanın sarf edilmesi gerektiğini söyledi.
2011’de 9 büyüklüğündeki deprem ve sonrasındaki tsunami sonucu bölge genelinde 15 bin 900 kişi hayatını kaybetmiş, 2 bin 500’den fazla kişi kaybolmuştu.
Afetin, Fukuşima Dai-içi Nükleer Santrali’ndeki reaktörde yol açtığı nükleer erime nedeniyle santrali çevreleyen yerleşim bölgeleri tahliye edilmişti.
Kasım 2022 itibarıyla, afetin etkilediği bölge genelinde, tahliye emirleri kaynaklı yerinden edilen kişilerin sayısının 30 binden fazla olduğu biliniyor.
