İzmir polisiyle ortak çalışma yapan Kars Kaçakçılık ve Organize Suçlarla Mücadele Şube Müdürlüğü ekipleri, koliyi otobüsle gönderen M.T.’yi 6136 sayılı Ateşli Silahlar ve Bıçaklar ile Diğer Aletler Hakkındaki Kanuna Muhalefet suçu kapsamında silah ticareti yaptığı gerekçesiyle İzmir’de yakalayarak gözaltına aldı.
M.T., emniyetteki işlemlerinin ardından sevk edildiği adliyede çıkarıldığı mahkemece tutuklandı.
Polis, silahların Kars’ta kime gönderildiğiyle ilgili araştırma başlattı.
Bu arada, Kaçakçılık ve Organize Suçlarla Mücadele Şube Müdürlüğü ekipleri, bir iş yerinin deposunda 1300 paket gümrük kaçağı sigara ele geçirildi. Kaçak sigaralarla ilgili iş yeri sahibi A.B. hakkında ‘Kaçakçılıkla Mücadele Kanunu’na Muhalefet’ suçundan adli işlem yapıldı.
