Mustafa Sarıgül (d. 15 Kasım 1956; Güngören, İliç, Erzincan), Türk iş insanı ve siyasetçidir. 1999-2014 yılları arasında İstanbul’un Şişli ilçesinin belediye başkanlığını yaptı. 17 Aralık 2020’de kurduğu Türkiye Değişim Partisi’nin genel başkanıdır.
15 Kasım 1956’da Erzincan’ın İliç ilçesinin Güngören köyünde doğdu, 1962 yılında ailesiyle birlikte İstanbul’a yerleşti.
Sarıgül, eğitimine Güngören Köyü İlkokulunda başladı. Ailesinin İstanbul’a göç etmesi nedeniyle eğitimine İstanbul’da devam etti. Liseyi Zincirlikuyu İSOV Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesinde tamamladıktan sonra Marmara Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi’nden mezun oldu.
Çalışma yaşamına Kağıthane Belediyesi, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi ve İETT Genel Müdürlüğü’nde devam etti. Daha sonra kamu görevinden ayrılarak ticaret yapmaya başladı.

In 2018, Sarıgül announced that he was leaving the CHP to form his own political party, the Turkey Change Movement (Türkiye Değişim Hareketi). However, he later returned to the CHP and was nominated as their candidate for the Istanbul mayoral election in 2019.
Aside from his political career, Sarıgül is a successful businessman and has been involved in several philanthropic activities. He has contributed to numerous charities, including the construction of schools, hospitals, and sports facilities.
