Özcan Deniz’in tişörtünü yırtıp tokat atmıştı! Feyza Aktan’ın cezası belli oldu
Şarkıcı Özcan Deniz’in eski eşi Feyza Aktan’ın, çocuğunu almaya gittiği sırada Deniz’e tokat attığı ve tişörtünü yırttığı iddiasıyla 2 ayrı suçtan yargılandığı dava karara bağlandı.
İstanbul Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi’nde görülen duruşmada müşteki Özcan Deniz ile tutuksuz sanıklar Feyza Aktan ile Eda Aktan’ın avukatları katıldı.
Duruşmada esasa ilişkin mütalaasını açıklayan Cumhuriyet Savcısı, sanık Feyza Aktan ve Eda Aktan’ın ‘Hakaret’ ‘Basit yaralama’ ve ‘Mala zarar verme’ suçlarından cezalandırılmalarını talep etti.
Kararını açıklayan mahkeme, sanık Feyza Aktan’ı ”Basit yaralama’ suçundan 150 gün adli para cezası, ”Mala zarar verme” suçundan ise 100 gün adli para cezasına çarptırdı. Aktan dava sonucunda toplamda 7.500 lira para cezası aldı.
Feyza Aktan’ın ablası Eda Aktan ise ”Hakaret” suçundan 87 gün adli para cezası verildi. Eda Aktan’ın 2 bin 610 TL tutan para cezasına hükmün açıklanmasının geri bırakılmasına karar verildi.
