Pakistan, Danimarka’da Kur’an-ı Kerim’e yapılan saldırıyı şiddetle kınadı
Pakistan Dışişleri Bakanlığından yapılan açıklamada, bu alçakça ve kasıtlı eylemlerin tekrarının Müslümanlara ve onların inancına karşı büyüyen nefret ve ırkçılığın rahatsız edici bir tezahürü olduğu vurgulandı.
Açıklamada saldırı şiddetle kınanırken ifade özgürlüğünün herhangi bir kutsal kitabı veya kişileri kasıtlı kötülemek için maske olarak kullanılamayacağı kaydedildi.
Danimarka’da 24 Mart’ta Türkiye’nin Kopenhag Büyükelçiliği önünde Türk bayrağı ve Kur’an-ı Kerim’e saldırı düzenlenmişti.
Danimarka’daki İslam düşmanı ve aşırı milliyetçi Patrioterne Gar Live (Vatanseverler Canlı Yayında) isimli marjinal grup tarafından düzenlenen provokasyon, grubun Facebook hesabında canlı yayımlanmıştı.
Provokatörler, İslam düşmanı pankart açarak İslam’a hakaret içeren sloganlar atmış, Türk bayrağına yönelik çirkin saldırı gerçekleştirmişti.
