Toplantıda Pozitif Gündem listesinde yer alan girişimcilik, turizm, enerji, ulaştırma ve telekomünikasyon, denizcilik, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri, eğitim, sosyal güvenlik, sağlık ve çevre alanlarında işbirliğinin geliştirilmesi gibi 25 başlıkta kaydedilen ilerleme hakkında ayrıntılı bir güncelleme yapılmıştır. Birçok maddenin başarıyla sonuçlandırıldığı kaydedilmiştir. Listedeki diğer bazı maddelerde de tatmin edici ilerleme sağlanmıştır.
Görüşmeler, bir sonraki üst düzey toplantı sırasında imzalanabilecek ilgili anlaşmaların nihai hale getirilmesi için bir çerçeve oluşturmuştur.
Sözkonusu aktif ve devam eden süreçte elde edilen kaydadeğer ilerleme ışığında, iki taraf, Pozitif Gündem bağlamında ilave işbirliği konularının araştırılması hususunda mutabık kalmıştır.
